Q:  How do I select my free 20-count box of bars?

A:  By default we give you a free 20-count box of Coconut Original bars when you purchase five 20-count boxes of 1.9 ounce bars. To select a different flavor bar for your free 20-count box, please enter the flavor in the comments section when checking out. You may choose a 20-count box that is equal or lesser value to the lowest price display box you purchased.

Q:  How safe is ordering with my credit card?

A:  Safe. Our site uses the industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. There have been no reported cases (ever!) of credit card information intercepted while being transmitted over the internet using SSL. When Oskri receives your information, it resides only on a secure server and is not accessible by anyone other than our order fulfillment personnel. You can read more in our Security section.

We have also received the sign of approval from Digicert, a third party certification of online security.

Q:  How much is shipping?

A:  The cost of standard shipping to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States is very simple. $12.00. That's it! Our standard shipping method is via UPS Ground. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. We charge shipping and handling by weight for locations outside the 48 contiguous United States and for UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. Check out the Shipping section for more details.

Q:  Do I have shipping options?

A:  Yes. Our standard shipping is via UPS Ground, but you may choose to expedite your order to UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air at your cost. Please see the Shipping section for more details.

Q:  Where does Oskri ship its products?

A:  Oskri ships to the 48 contiguous United States, Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada. Check out the Shipping section for more details.

Q:  How long does it take to ship an order?

A:  Oskri strives to ship every order within 2-3 business days of receiving payment. We will send you an email when your order has shipped.

Q:  What if I want to return a product?

A:  Please send an email to info@oskri.com. We will give you a return authoriazation number and instructions about how to mail the product back to Oskri. We have a 30 day return policy, which is further explained in the Returns section.

Q:  Are Oskri products gluten-free?

A:  Yes, all Oskri products are gluten-free. We do not process wheat, barley or rye in our manufacturing facility.

Q:  Are Oskri products peanut -free?

A:  We do not use peanuts in our facility, however; we use other nuts and tree nuts in our products. If you have a severe peanut allergy, we recommend that you do not eat Oskri prioducts.

Q:  Why are there different languages on Oskri packaging?

A:  Our products are sold in 30 countries world-wide. You may see English, Spanish, German, Dutch, Italian, Arabic, and French languages on our product packaging.
